Client Relationship Associate

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Client Relationship Management (CRM) with existing clients.

Handle Order Procurement for recruitment mandates, training assignments, and HR value-added services.

Coordinate Recruitment Orders between clients and internal hiring teams.

Maintain continuous communication with clients through calls, emails, and visits.

Provide Client Servicing & Support to ensure timely delivery of HR solutions.

Conduct regular follow-ups on open positions, training schedules, and service requests.

Build strong liaisoning with stakeholders for seamless execution.

Prepare reports on client interactions, requirement status, and order pipeline.

Support upselling and renewal of services with existing clients.

Travel to client locations when required (mandatory: candidate must own a bike).

Preferred candidate profile

2 -4 years of experience in Client Servicing, CRM, Recruitment Coordination, Customer Success, or Key Account Management.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).

Strong liaisoning, coordination, and relationship-building ability.

Basic understanding of Recruitment Processes, HR Outsourcing, Training Services, or HR consulting .

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Must own a bike and be open to local travel.
