You will be working as a Key Account Manager at MyOperator, a leader in the cloud telephony industry. Your primary role will involve managing key client relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the long-term success of our top-tier accounts. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers to drive client satisfaction and loyalty. - **Account Growth & Revenue Expansion:** Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell MyOperator solutions, developing strategic account plans to grow revenue within each key account. - **Customer Advocacy & Success:** Act as an advocate for your accounts, understanding their business goals and ensuring they maximize the value of our products through regular business reviews. - **Renewal & Retention:** Drive account renewals by proactively addressing customer needs, monitoring account health to ensure high retention rates. - **Issue Resolution:** Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently for key customers. - **Market Intelligence:** Gather feedback from key accounts to provide insights for refining offerings and identifying market trends. **Requirements:** - **Experience:** 2-4 years in a customer-facing role like Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS environment. - **Skills:** Proven ability in managing high-value accounts, strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - **Mindset:** Strategic, proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on revenue growth and partnership building. - **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM software, understanding of cloud telephony or B2B SaaS products preferred. - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
