Job Description

Job Title: Key Account Manager Recruitment & Staffing.

Experience:2 to 4 Years

Salary:25,000 ?30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and result-orientedKey Account Managerfor ourRecruitment and Staffing Business. The primary responsibility of this role isnew client acquisition through lead generation and sales closures, followed bymanaging and growing key client accounts. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Recruitment/Staffing sales and a strong ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Client Acquisition & Sales (Primary Focus)

  • Identify, generate, and qualify

    new business leads

    for recruitment and staffing services
  • Actively acquire

    new clients

    through cold calling, networking, referrals, and business development activities
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand hiring needs and pitch recruitment/staffing solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and

    close deals

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly

    sales and revenue targets

2. Key Account Management (Secondary Focus)

  • Manage and nurture

    key client accounts

    acquired and assigned
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all recruitment and staffing requirements
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure

    timely delivery, quality profiles, and client satisfaction

  • Maintain strong relationships to ensure

    repeat business, renewals, and account growth

  • Identify opportunities for

    upselling and cross-selling

    recruitment services

3. Client & Process Coordination

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, commercial terms, and billing processes
  • Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and closures
  • Provide market insights and hiring trends to internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in

    recruitment/staffing sales or account management

  • Proven track record in

    new client acquisition and deal closures

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models (permanent/contract)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with

    recruitment consultancies or staffing firms

  • Exposure to industries such as IT, Healthcare, BFSI, BPO, or Corporate hiring
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
