Job description Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the labour contracting and staffing industry. 2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients in sectors like Construction and Manufacturing. 3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competition. 4. Develop and present customized staffing solutions to clients. 5. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. 6. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations. 7. Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and company policies. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or labour contracting industry. 3. Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements. 4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Knowledge of local industries and staffing trends. 2. Experience in managing client accounts and delivering tailored solutions. 3. Understanding of cost estimation and budgeting for labour contracts.
