We are seeking a GCP DevOps Lead with deep hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform and strong leadership skills to drive DevOps practices, automation, and cloud-native delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, cloud security, and multi-cloud adaptability. This is a strategic role requiring technical depth, leadership acumen, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities Architect, implement, and manage scalable and secure GCP infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Actions, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Cloud Build for seamless and automated deployment. Drive DevOps automation and cloud-native practices to improve reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Lead and mentor a DevOps team, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with business and technical goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Security, Platform) to streamline development and deployment workflows. Set up and manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes/GKE . Ensure infrastructure is optimized for security, availability, and cost. Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform . Expertise in CI/CD tools : GitLab Actions, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Cloud Build. Proficient in Python , Bash , or similar scripting languages. In-depth understanding of cloud security, cost optimization, and performance tuning. Proven leadership experience managing DevOps teams and guiding stakeholders.
