Responsibilities Deliver high-quality lectures and engage students in biotechnology-related subjects. Conduct and supervise research projects in biotechnology. Collaborate with faculty members on interdisciplinary research initiatives. Guide and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in their research endeavors. Participate in academic committees and contribute to curriculum development. Skills and Qualifications Ph.D. in Biotechnology or a related field from a recognized university. Strong understanding of molecular biology, genetic engineering, and bioprocessing. Experience with laboratory techniques. Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and publish results. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
