Job Description:
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in B.Com or BBA and possess basic knowledge of Tally and MS Office. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience in accounting or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and maintaining records.
Use Tally software to record and process transactions.
Prepare and update financial documents, invoices, and bills.
Support the team in reconciling accounts and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Use MS Office (especially Excel) for maintaining spreadsheets and reporting.
Perform other tasks as required to support the accounting team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA).
Experience: 0-2 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Skills: Proficiency in Tally, MS Office (Excel, Word), and basic understanding of accounting principles.

Good organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
