Job Description

Process new FASTag registrations and activations.
Verify customer documents and ensure KYC compliance.
Coordinate with issuing banks/NPCIL systems for successful tag activation.
Monitor FASTag scans and toll deductions in real-time.
Troubleshoot failed transactions, low balance cases, and tag read issues.
Liaise with toll plaza operators for operational support.
Handle customer queries regarding balance, recharges, and disputes.
Resolve complaints related to double deduction, incorrect charges, or tag malfunction.
Educate customers on usage, recharge methods, and dispute escalation.
Reconcile toll transactions, chargebacks, settlements, and refunds.
Maintain daily MIS reports on activations, complaints, and transaction status.
Highlight operational gaps and propose improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
