Job Title: Backend Support

Location:Agra

Job Type: Full TimeSalary Range: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar or related role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English typing (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle queries and feedback from teachers and students on online support.
• Record and track all feedback received.
• Coordinate with different teams to resolve the queries.
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in purchase order and purchase billing coordination.
• Monitor feedback trends and escalate recurring issues.
• Monitor recordings of assigned processes to ensure work quality and share reports with managers.
• Handle emails and correspondence.
• Support extra tasks assigned by managers/superiors.
• Provide support to the senior/superior and handle assigned responsibilities in their absence, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi & English.
• Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
• Fast and accurate typing in both Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and online portal handling.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports and maintain data accuracy.
• Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
• Ability to take ownership when required.
