Job Description – HR Executive (Factory Location)

Position: HR Executive
Location: Agra
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: HR Manager / Head Office HR
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 5 – 10 years in HR (preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment)
Age Requirement: 30 years and above
Gender Preference: Male

Position Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all HR and administrative activities at our factory location. This includes workforce management, attendance tracking, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and general administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labour laws, proven experience in factory HR operations, and the ability to maintain harmonious industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the factory and the Head Office HR team.
  • Manage all aspects of labour administration, including recruitment of contract labour through approved contractors.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and monitor absenteeism of workmen.
  • Oversee payroll preparation by collating and verifying attendance and overtime data.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with applicable labour laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, etc.).
  • Address and resolve HR/IR issues at the factory level proactively.
  • Develop and implement productivity incentive schemes for workers.
  • Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Maintain healthy industrial relations by staying updated on industry salary trends and labour issues.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance redressal, and dispute resolution in line with labour law.
  • Manage factory-level administrative activities, including canteen, security, housekeeping, and transport arrangements.
  • Prepare and present HR-related reports for factory review and cost control meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or related field ( Preferably MBA in HR )
  • 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing setup.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment and labour laws.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and contract labour management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
