Gurjot Shan Designs is hiring a dynamic professional to manage Human Resources, Hiring, Digital Marketing coordination, and Client Handling for our growing Interior Design firm.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee coordination & basic HR operations
• Oversee and support digital marketing activities (social media coordination, lead follow-ups, branding)
• Manage client communication, meetings, and follow-ups
• Maintain HR records and assist in office administration

Requirements:

• Prior experience in HR & recruitment
• Knowledge of digital marketing & social media handling
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Confident in client interaction and professional correspondence
• Organized, proactive, and responsible
