Job Description

As an HR Executive at our company, your main focus will be on managing the recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. You will play a crucial role in cultivating a dynamic workforce through talent engagement and empowerment, creating inclusive workspaces, and prioritizing employee well-being to contribute to organizational success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Foster a positive work environment by engaging employees, addressing their concerns, and increasing team morale and productivity. - Collaborate with department managers to enhance team productivity and effectiveness by providing insights and solutions. - Monitor employee performance, conduct regular assessments, and assist in the development of tailored training and development plans. - Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies, address violations, and take corrective actions when necessary. - Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance appraisals and offboarding. - Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR operations. - Prepare comprehensive reports on HR-related activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. - Manage employee information and all aspects related to hiring and firing candidates. - Maintain accurate and organized HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data security. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Minimum of 0.5 years of experience in human resources, showcasing proficiency in employee engagement, conflict management, and accounting tasks. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and impactful communications. - Strong accounting skills with experience in managing financial aspects related to employee compensation and benefits. - Proven ability to engage and motivate employees, driving team productivity and positive work culture. - Sound knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. - Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. - Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing employee data and generating reports. In addition to the above, the company requires you to carry out certain pre-requirements before starting your work. These include checking that you have all necessary materials, acknowledging your fit for the position, ensuring a good internet connection, having a diary and pen, working earphones and camera, previous work open in a new tab, and sitting with proper lighting in a stable place.
