Job Description

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with department heads.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and support in final selection.
  • Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
  • Ensure collection and verification of documents.
  • Create employee codes, maintain personal files, and update HRMS.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

  • Daily attendance monitoring and follow-up for regularization.
  • Maintain leave records and process monthly attendance for payroll.
  • Ensure timely shift updates and compliance with attendance policies.

4. Payroll Support

  • Share monthly attendance inputs with the payroll team.
  • Manage salary changes, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Resolve salary-related employee queries.

5. Employee Engagement

  • Plan celebrations, events, team-building activities.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Maintain a healthy and positive work environment.

6. HR Compliance & Policies

  • Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements.
  • Support HR audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory formalities.

7. Performance Management

  • Coordinate quarterly or annual appraisals.
  • Assist in KPI/KRA documentation.
  • Follow up with managers for timely review submissions.

8. Grievance Handling

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to HR Manager.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of grievances.

9. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs along with department heads.
  • Schedule training sessions and maintain training records.

10. HR Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, recruitment status).
  • Maintain updated employee database.
  • Issue letters: confirmation, increment, warning, experience letters

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
