Human Resources Assistant

You will be working as a Human Resources Manager in Jaipur, responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations and training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, you will address workplace concerns and conflicts, drive initiatives to reduce attrition, manage performance evaluations, and maintain personnel records.
