Job description 1. Conducting Safety Induction to the workers regarding the hazards and control measures of the processes being done. 2. Observational skills which include daily round of the plants and Inspection of the jobs. Documentation of JSA on daily basis depending on the criticality of the job being done. 3. PTW inspection of various non-routine activities conducted on site. Exposure to various TPI which includes Tools and Tackles, SCBA, NDT, Hydro test. 4. Conducted various internal safety audits regarding the safety provisions present in the plant on monthly basis. 5. Brief knowledge about Fire systems and its functions related to emergency systems implemented in the plant. 6. Managing the HSE Management Safety preparedness team on a day-to-day basis and ensuring adequate preparedness for any unforeseen event. 7. Provide training to the employees on HSE Management programs with the support of Safety team members. Providing special ongoing training about Corona Virus. 8. Establish a Safety Committee and hold monthly meetings with documentation and discussing regarding the corrective actions based on the committee points. 9. Periodically reviewing all the HSE Management programs and update relevant changes that will enhance the effectiveness of HSE Management System. 10. Preparing reports, proposals and other documents as per the requirements of the management and implementation of occupational health and safety projects. 11. Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations. 12. Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications, investigate accidents that have occurred within incident areas and corrective action, verifies that injury logs and reports are completed and submitted to related government agencies. 13. Responsibilities: To implement the safety Standards in the Plant, to Conduct Mock Drills, To Replenish the Safety instruments on its expiry, to Conduct Classes for New Employees regarding the Safety. 14. Actively Participation requires in 5S & Lean management for entire plant. 15. To be involved in our manufacturing process in relations with ESIC Hospitals, PCB office, Fire authorities 16. Must be a Secretory/member of the Emergency Response Team.
