Human Resources Assistant

As a Human Resources Assistant at Parko Hardware, located in Faridabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations, managing HRIS, and administering employee benefits. Your responsibilities will include handling full & final settlements for resigning employees, managing end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, salary sheet, Leave policy, and attendance records.
