Job Description

As a Human Resources Assistant at Parko Hardware, your role will involve supporting HR operations, managing HRIS, and administering employee benefits. You will also be responsible for assisting in employee training programs, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, salary sheet, leave policy check, and attendance sheet. Key Responsibilities: - Handle full & final settlements for resigning employees. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with management for final selection. - Utilize your experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to contribute effectively. - Demonstrate proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). - Utilize your skills in Benefits Administration and employee Training. - Showcase strong organizational and communication skills. - Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.,
