Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resources Assistant at Parko Hardware, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing HRIS and administering employee benefits effectively - Assisting in employee training programs and ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, LWF, salary sheet, Leave policy check attendance sheet - Handling full & final settlements for resigning employees - Managing end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to conducting interviews and coordinating with management for final selection To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management - Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Skills in Benefits Administration and employee Training - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Join Parko Hardware and be a part of a leading furniture fittings manufacturer and importer in the national capital region of India.
