Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, fostering strong employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices. The role will involve working closely with teams to create a positive and productive workplace environment, managing recruitment processes, and supporting employee engagement and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and the ability to foster a positive work environment
• Proficiency in drafting, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR Policies
• Solid understanding of core Human Resources (HR) functions and practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle sensitive information professionally
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
