Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles.
Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
Maintain HRMS data, attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and interviews.
Support employee engagement activities and HR policy implementation.
Assist in training coordination and performance appraisal processes.

Skills Required:

Experience in manufacturing or engineering domain preferred.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong in recruitment, HR operations, and MS Office.
Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced setup.

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
