Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments at the workplace.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety regulations.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
• Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation as per statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with management to promote a strong safety culture.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
• Proficient in preparing safety reports and documentation.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

  Diploma / Certification in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, or equivalent.

• Experience:

  3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
