Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing new buildings, restoring and conserving old structures, and developing new ways of using existing buildings. You will be involved in every stage of the design and construction process, from initial concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Design and draft building plans using CAD software and other design tools Develop architectural concepts based on client requirements, building usage, and site conditions Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout all project phases Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies Ensure designs comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and models Oversee construction progress and resolve any design-related issues Keep up to date with industry trends and technological developments Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture Valid architecture license (or in the process of obtaining) Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, design software Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience with sustainable design and green building practices is a plus Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in architectural design LEED certification or knowledge of sustainable building systems Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools Portfolio of completed projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: work: 4 years (Required) Language: Tamil, English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
