Role & responsibilities About the Role We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with at least 5 years of professional experience in residential architectural design and interiors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, planning, and delivering high-quality homes from concept to completion, in collaboration with our in-house engineering and execution teams. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for residential projects (villas, individual homes, apartments). Prepare 2D architectural drawings including plans, sections, and elevations. Create 3D exterior elevations and photorealistic interior renderings. Prepare detailed working drawings for site execution. Design functional and aesthetic interior layouts, furniture plans, and interior detail drawings. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams for design execution and approvals. Handle client meetings understand requirements, present design options, and incorporate feedback effectively. Ensure all designs meet regulatory standards, building codes, and company quality benchmarks. Collaborate with vendors and consultants for material selection and specification finalization. Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Proficiency Software Expertise: AutoCAD, SketchUp / Revit, Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray, Photoshop, MS Office. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, space planning, and interior design principles. Excellent 3D visualization and rendering skills. Ability to prepare BOQs, GFC drawings, and coordinate with execution teams. Strong communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
