About the Role:

ARB Ventures is seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
• Maintain employee records, attendance sheets, and HR databases.
• Provide payroll inputs, track leaves, and support monthly HR reports.
• Prepare and issue HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, salary revisions, and exit letters.
• Conduct smooth onboarding, induction, and orientation.
• Address employee queries and maintain good employee relations.
• Support implementation of HR policies and company procedures.
• Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and basic labor laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience (freshers with good communication may also apply).
• Strong communication skills and people handling ability.
• Knowledge of MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
