Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA in HR preferred


About the role:


Responsibilities:

  • Source and Recruit Candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referral networks, and other channels.
  • Conduct Job and Task Analysis to finalize role expectations and develop clear,compelling job descriptions.
  • Screen Resumes and Applications for non-tech roles including CX, Operations,Sales, Content, HR, Finance, and other business functions.
  • Schedule Interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate seamlessly with hiring managers.
  • Manage Job Postings across various platforms and ensure timely removal once positions are filled
  • Build Strong Rapport with candidates and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain Structured Pipelines in ATS/HRIS systems with consistent updates and follow-ups
  • Represent and Promote company culture to prospective candidates
  • Ensure Timely Closures while maintaining high-quality candidate experience standards


Requirements:

  • 2–4 Years of Experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist or Non-Tech Recruiter/technical
  • Strong Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and non-tech role requirements
  • High Agency: Ability to take ownership of recruitment outcomes, make independent decisions, drive initiatives without constant supervision, and take calculated risks insourcing and candidate management
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS systems, and resume databases
  • Excellent Communication skills with strong coordination and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Proven Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Adaptability across diverse business functions (Sales, Operations, CX, Marketing,HR, Finance, etc.)
  • Strong Organizational Skills with attention to detail and process orientation
  • Ability to Thrive in fast-paced, growing startup environments
