Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our company, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for Real Estate Sales, Channel Partners, and Non-IT roles. You will be responsible for driving and managing bulk hiring initiatives for large real estate sales teams, collaborating with sales leaders to understand real estate-specific hiring needs, and sourcing candidates through various platforms including real estate networks, channel partners, job portals, referrals, and social platforms. Additionally, you will conduct screening interviews to assess communication, sales acumen, and domain understanding, while also building and maintaining a strong real estate talent pipeline to support business expansion.
