Senior Manager - Human Resources

As an HR Manager at Zluri, a next-gen Identity Governance and Administration platform, you will be responsible for executing HR initiatives and programmes, managing and motivating HR team members, and nurturing a vibrant workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Implement HR policies reflecting the company's values and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Oversee the end-to-end hiring process and build a robust talent pipeline. - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in HR practices and execute employee engagement programs. - Resolve employee grievances, run engagement surveys, and drive employee communication initiatives. - Monitor HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting for informed decision-making and optimize HR processes using technology and data-driven insights. - Collaborate with administration to maintain a clean, safe, and vibrant workplace. - Drive OKR implementation and execute annual and mid-year appraisals. Qualification Required: - Education: Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 8-10 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in SaaS or tech industries. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a startup environment.
