Job Description

The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for driving key people processes including Performance Management, Competency Framework development, Reward & Recognition systems, and Culture-building initiatives. The role will also support the leadership team in rolling out the companys Vision, Mission, and Values (VMV) and delivering targeted learning interventions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR transformation, capability development, and continuous improvementbased HR initiatives (5S, OE, Lean Six Sigma, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Management (PMS)

  • Design, implement, and manage the annual Performance Management System.
  • Strengthen goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal processes.
  • Facilitate calibration discussions with leadership to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Use PMS data to identify talent, succession, and development needs.

2. Vision, Mission & Values (VMV) Deployment

  • Lead company-wide communication and cascading of VMV.
  • Facilitate workshops to build understanding and alignment across employee groups.
  • Integrate VMV into HR processes such as PMS, onboarding, and recognition.

3. Reward & Recognition System

  • Design and manage reward systems linked to operational excellence and productivity drivers (5S, OE, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Develop transparent, measurable mechanisms for employee rewards and spot recognitions.
  • Track program effectiveness and continuously improve reward frameworks.

4. Competency Framework

  • Develop and maintain a robust competency framework across functions and levels.
  • Map competencies to roles, PMS, training curriculum, and career paths.
  • Establish tools for competency assessment and development planning.

5. Learning & Development

  • Conduct training needs analysis based on PMS outcomes and leadership inputs.
  • Design and deliver behavioral, functional, and leadership training programs.
  • Partner with external trainers where required and evaluate training effectiveness.

6. HR Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of operational excellence.
  • Design HR processes using Lean principles to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Lead initiatives that improve engagement, productivity, and organizational capability.

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide HR solutions.
  • Support HRBP activities including employee communication, grievance handling, and engagement.
