About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Non-IT HR Recruiter to join our team
You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various non-IT functions including operations, warehouse, sales, and administrative roles

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews and maintain a robust talent pipeline
Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices in the logistics and supply chain sector

Qualifications

2-3 years of HR recruitment experience (logistics/supply chain preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and target-driven
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies
