Job Description

As an IT Recruiter at our company, your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements for open positions. You will be responsible for developing and posting detailed job descriptions on various platforms, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems to identify potential candidates. Your key responsibilities will include: - Evaluating candidates" qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with job requirements. - Conducting initial screenings to assess candidates" technical skills and cultural fit. - Coordinating and conducting interviews, including technical assessments and behavioral evaluations. - Extending job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates. - Coordinating onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. - Keeping accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses within the applicant tracking system. - Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in MBA, BBA, BSC, or B.com.
