As an IT Recruiter at Lorven Technologies Pvt Ltd, your role will involve: - Handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent positions. - Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking. - Coordinating interviews, feedback, salary negotiations, and onboarding. - Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for various skill sets. - Managing client requirements, understanding job descriptions, and delivering quality profiles within timelines. - Maintaining candidate and client databases for future requirements. - Ensuring compliance with client policies and contract terms for C2H hiring.
