Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role involves developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Conducting initial screening interviews and assessing candidate suitability will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. Your duties will also include building a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs and collaborating with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create job descriptions. It will be essential for you to maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Please note that this is a full-time position with a night shift schedule and yearly bonus.
