About the Company


HR Business Partner (HRBP)



Position Overview


The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business units and leadership, facilitating talent initiatives, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. The role requires a candidate who is hands-on, agile, and capable of aligning people initiatives with fast-paced business growth while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.



Key Responsibilities



Business Partnering


  • Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders and teams on all HR-related matters.
  • Understand business goals and challenges to co-develop workforce strategies that support scalability and performance.
  • Provide proactive support in organization design, restructuring, and talent planning.



Talent Acquisition & Onboarding


  • Collaborate with the central talent acquisition team to fulfil hiring mandates across verticals.
  • Participate in interviewing and selection of key talent.
  • Oversee seamless onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires into the business.



Performance & Capability Management


  • Support performance review cycles, OKR setting, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and create development plans.
  • Facilitate coaching, L&D programs, and succession planning frameworks.



Employee Experience & Culture Building


  • Drive employee engagement through structured communication, recognition, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Proactively address employee concerns and conduct regular check-ins to monitor team health.
  • Promote an inclusive, ethical, and performance-driven workplace.



HR Operations & Compliance


  • Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Coordinate with HR operations team on documentation, policy implementation, and process governance.
  • Leverage data and analytics for workforce insights and reporting.



Candidate Profile


Qualifications:


  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP or business-facing role.
  • Prior experience in consulting, BFSI, or high-growth startup environments preferred.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across levels.
  • High ownership, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to both strategize and execute.
