Human Resource Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers, ensuring we attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
• Develop and manage an engaging onboarding process for new employees and ensure seamless transitions during employee exits.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Design, implement, and update HR policies in line with best practices and company objectives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Support leadership in developing and managing performance evaluation processes, ensuring timely feedback and career development opportunities for employees.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience

  in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, including knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and policy creation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Proficiency with HR software and tools.

• Experience in a tech or AI-driven environment

  is a plus but not required.
• Experience working in a

  remote-first environment

  or managing distributed teams.
