About the Role

Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced *HR Generalist* to support employee relations, grievance management, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances.

* Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and provide fair resolutions.

* Mediate discussions between employees and management.

* Maintain accurate, confidential records of grievances and outcomes.

* Prepare and present reports on recurring employee concerns.

* Support HR operations by preparing manual and automated reports.

* Build strong employee relationships to encourage open communication.

* Provide proactive HR solutions to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in *Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field*.

* 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or Employee Relations role.

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and mediation skills.

* Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

* Proficiency in *MS Office & HRMS tools*.
