Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.

We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

About the Role

• Interface effectively with clinical teams and other stakeholders
• Proactively manage the resource optimization from a people perspective based on occupancy levels: Hire on time, have leave plans, and influence reporting managers to give leaves to teams during low occupancy levels
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for L2 level to the Clinical Head positions
• In charge of onboarding groundwork at the Centre in terms of sitting space, laptop, visiting cards, Uniforms to be issued by the Facilities team, etc as applicable
• Conduct the pre-joining welcome call and joining documentation
• Ensure with HODs concerned at the Centre adhere to the grooming standards
• Plan and execute the annual engagement calendar
• Foster a positive work environment and employee participation
• Initiate disciplinary actions and counsel team members as per the Disciplinary Action Guidelines circulated internally
• Ensure 100% compliance with the Labour Laws by the vendor agencies and at the site
• Ensure that valid MCI/ State Council registrations for Doctors, State Nursing Council registrations, etc. are in place
• Assist in building a preferred workplace culture
• Support the Clinical Head in driving organizational values

Qualifications

● MBA or Equivalent

● Experience: Min 5 Years

● Ability to multitask and take initiative

● High level of professional maturity and integrity and a solid work ethic.
