We cater to global markets—including the United States, Europe, India, and the Middle East—engaging a diverse audience across retail, eCommerce, and consumer brands. Our team focuses on building a compelling brand presence, crafting impactful messaging, and driving thought leadership through content, partnerships, and market intelligence. We are looking for a Manager – Product Marketing & Brand Awareness to lead strategic initiatives that position, launch, and scale our analytics products globally. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, sales, and customer success. You’ll be responsible for deeply understanding our buyers, shaping narratives that clearly convey our value proposition, and enabling go-to-market teams to drive demand, adoption, and revenue. At the same time, you will be responsible for elevating DataWeave’s brand presence through analyst relations, media engagement, influencer partnerships, and content distribution. This is a high-impact role that will help shape how DataWeave is perceived in the market—ensuring we are seen as a trusted and recognized leader in AI-powered competitive intelligence and digital shelf analytics. Key Responsibilities Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Own product positioning and messaging to clearly articulate differentiated value to retailers and consumer brands. Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, including development of messaging frameworks, customer-facing collateral, and enablement content. Equip sales and customer success teams with narratives, decks, battle cards, objection handling material, and use cases to support the buyer journey. Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning, roadmap inputs, and sales strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams (product, demand gen, and events) to drive integrated campaigns and thought leadership initiatives. Brand Awareness and Thought Leadership Develop and execute brand awareness strategies that reinforce DataWeave’s leadership in competitive intelligence and digital shelf analytics. Manage relationships with analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.) to influence positioning in key industry reports and ensure visibility in key evaluations. Drive media relations and industry commentary by working closely with leadership to identify and pitch thought leadership opportunities. Own the press release calendar and oversee strategic announcements, podcast partnerships, and influencer collaborations. Identify and support speaker engagements, webinars, and industry panels that enhance brand reach and executive visibility. Website, Messaging & Partner Marketing Collaborate with internal teams to refine and maintain consistent brand messaging across the website, marketing materials, and external communications. Partner with product marketing and design teams to ensure website product and solution pages are accurate, compelling, and market-relevant. Support partner marketing initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events, ensuring alignment in messaging and brand representation. Oversee brand presence and visibility at key industry events Requirements 8–12 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, content marketing, or corporate communications within a B2B SaaS environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field. Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise or mid-market software products. Strong background in content strategy, public relations, and media engagement, with a track record of securing industry coverage and visibility. Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills: able to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, business-relevant narratives. Hands-on experience in managing press releases, content distribution, and digital marketing campaigns. Familiarity with competitive intelligence, digital shelf analytics, or retail/eCommerce data platforms is a plus. Experience supporting partner marketing and co-marketing initiatives (events, webinars, joint content, etc.). Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven startup environment. Based in Bengaluru and willing to work from the office at least three days per week.
