Overview As a Human Resource Professional at NonBioS, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing all aspects of our HR function. You will partner with leadership and team members to implement HR policies, recruit top talent, develop employee programs, and foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a cutting-edge AI company by ensuring that our team is motivated, supported, and aligned with the company's mission. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers, ensuring we attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles. Develop and manage an engaging onboarding process for new employees and ensure seamless transitions during employee exits. Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs to foster a positive and inclusive work culture. Design, implement, and update HR policies in line with best practices and company objectives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Support leadership in developing and managing performance evaluation processes, ensuring timely feedback and career development opportunities for employees. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Strong understanding of HR best practices, including knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and policy creation. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Proficiency with HR software and tools. Experience in a tech or AI-driven environment is a plus but not required. Experience working in a remote-first environment or managing distributed teams.
