Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a versatile and experienced HR Business Partner to support both strategic and operational HR functions. This dual-role position will serve as a key advisor to internal departments while managing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Business Partnering:

Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Provide expert guidance on talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

Support organisational change, restructuring, and culture-building initiatives Advise and support managers in addressing employee relations matters.

People and Culture:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration.

Maintain and update HRIS records and ensure data accuracy.

Oversee HR policy implementation and process improvements

Coordinate training and development initiatives across teams

Administer employee benefits, leave entitlements, and wellness programs

Prepare HR reports and analytics to support leadership decision-making

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of overall HR experience, including 2+ years in an HRBP or advisory role

Prior experience in the education sector (preferred)

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Location: Remote

Shift Timings : 6:00 am -3:00 pm (fixed)
