Job Description

Role Summary:

The HR Business Partner (People & Culture) will act as a strategic advisor and partner to all departments, ensuring alignment between people practices and organizational goals. An understanding of the real estate business, including project sites, sales functions and support teams would be an added advantage for having a hands-on approach to driving engagement, performance, and talent outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

·        Proven skill in managing sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

·        Strong capability to analyze talent trends, compensation insights and competitor hiring patterns then translate findings into actionable hiring recommendations.

·        Initiate strong hiring processes and systems to close open positions with low TAT while ensuring top quality.

·        Provide and execute innovative solutions w.r.t. CTC structuring, bonds, other agreements, long term retention bonuses, etc.

Strategic Partnership

·        Support organization design, workforce planning, budgeting, and succession planning.

·        Advise management on talent strategy, performance and culture alignment.

·        Coach managers in performance feedback and leadership behaviors.

·        Identify learning & development needs to identify and deliver necessary programs.

·        Tie up with universities for offering internship opportunities along with setting up tie ups for campus placements.

Performance Management Systems

·        Support the implementation of the performance management process.

·        Set up KRAs and KPIs and set up systems to monitor the same in an unbiased manner.

Employee Engagement and Culture

·        Design and execute engagement initiatives across teams and project sites.

·        Monitor employee sentiment and recommend proactive interventions.

·        Champion the company’s values, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.

Compliances

·        Be updated about latest statutory compliances and ensure its implementation throughout the organization.


Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Specialization in HR background is must.

Experience:

·        Atleast 10 years experience in HRBP or generalist roles, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.

·        Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability.

·        Empathy, discretion and integrity.

·        Strong communication and analytical skills.

·        Extremely meticulous paperwork and organization skills.
