Role Overview

Associate Manager / Manager – HRBP

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee

  talent acquisition

  and ensure smooth onboarding & induction.
• Manage

  employee lifecycle

  activities—documentation, confirmations, transfers & exits.
• Implement and monitor the

  performance appraisal

  process.
• Drive

  employee engagement

  and welfare initiatives.
• Ensure

  labor law compliance

  and adherence to company policies.
• Handle

  employee relations

  , grievance resolution & disciplinary actions.
• Support

  training & development

  programs and leadership capability building.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA/PGDM in HR

  or related field.

• 4–8 years of HR experience

  , including 2+ years as an HRBP or Regional HR.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in

  HRMS tools, Excel

  , and

  data-driven HR reporting

  .
• Dynamic, people-oriented, and proactive in driving culture initiatives.
