Human Resource Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and offer negotiation. Develop strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization and familiar with company policies and culture.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee employee performance management, promotions, transfers, and separations. Ensure that all processes are compliant with labor laws.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure all HR processes and practices are aligned with legal and organizational requirements. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and best practices to maintain compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees and provide support in resolving conflicts or concerns. Implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll, compensation packages, and benefits. Ensure that all processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs to enhance employee performance and career growth.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and compliance documents. Generate HR-related reports for management review.
  • Workforce Planning & Succession: Collaborate with management to plan for future staffing needs and identify internal talent for future leadership roles.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable & Compliant: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Ability to navigate complex legal situations.
  • Strong Recruitment Skills: Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, with a knack for identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Excellent Communication: Smart, confident, and articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Employee-Centric: A passion for creating a positive employee experience while balancing business objectives.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Ability to analyze HR metrics and derive insights to inform decision-making. High attention to detail in managing employee records and compliance documentation.
  • Technology Savvy: Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities, especially when handling employee relations issues.
