Urbanage Landbase is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Professional to manage end-to-end HR operations—from recruitment to exit formalities—with a strong focus on team coordination, employee engagement, and company culture.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handling employee relations, team conflicts, and grievances
• Managing attendance, leaves & salary coordination
• Conducting exit interviews and smooth offboarding
• Acting as a liaison between employees & management
• Maintaining high employee morale and company culture
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate sector
• Ability to handle employee queries independently
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Loyal, professional, and culture-driven approach
• MBA in HR is a plus
