HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs, ensure smooth HR operations, and foster a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with labour laws and organizational policies. --- Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR documentation Plan and execute training and development programs Conduct performance management and appraisal processes Support management in organizational planning and workforce strategy Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee data confidentiality Promote a healthy, inclusive, and productive workplace culture --- Qualifications & Skills MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification 5+ years of relevant experience in HR management Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and HR reporting tools ---

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
