Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters or HR certification preferred). 47 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a corporate setting. Solid knowledge of HR functions, employment law, and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
