Job Description

As a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager at Lytx, you will be leading the India HR function to contribute to enhancing global road safety. Your role will involve aligning global and local HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, and fostering a high-performance culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor the local HR team, overseeing Talent Acquisition and HR Administration for smooth day-to-day operations. - Collaborate closely with the US-based HR leadership to execute Global HR initiatives at the local level. - Drive Talent Management and Development initiatives with a focus on India, aligning with global frameworks and ensuring compliance with Indian employment laws. - Ensure adherence to Indian labor legislation, statutory requirements, and contract staffing norms. - Localize and enforce HR policies in alignment with company values. - Manage employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Act as a trusted advisor to India leadership, providing insights on talent and HR operational success. - Manage end-to-end recruitment for India, ensuring quality hiring and enhancing the employer brand. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. - Maintain accurate HR data for informed decision-making. - Provide oversight of local facilities team. **Requirements:** - Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role. - Strong knowledge of India labor laws and HR compliance matters. - Experience in a fast-paced, global organization. - Ability to work independently, establish operations in India, and manage vendor relationships. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in HRIS Systems and benefits administration. - Fluency in English, with Kannada/Hindi language skills as an advantage. **Preferred Attributes:** - Entrepreneurial mindset with collaborative and independent work abilities. - Strong leadership through influence and cross-functional relationship building. - High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity. *Note: The job entails a mix of in-office and remote/hybrid work in Bangalore, India.*,
