Senior HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR strategy, policy, and compliance aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Drive performance management, L&D, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance.
  • Implement HR analytics, HRMS/ATS tools, and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • MBA/MSW/MHRM/PGDM in HR with

    5–10 years of experience

    (3+ in a senior role).
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategy, labor laws, payroll, and HRMS (Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
