Role Overview

Senior Manager – HR


Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, life cycle management, HRIS, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and timely submissions related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other labor laws.
  • Review and strengthen HR policies and standard operating procedures across all business units.
  • Maintain and enhance HR data accuracy and reporting mechanisms.

2. Payroll Management

  • Lead the monthly payroll process ensuring accuracy, statutory deductions, and timely disbursement.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary reconciliation, audits, and related compliance documentation.
  • Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and full & final settlements efficiently.

3. Talent Management & Development

  • Drive the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions.
  • Identify learning and development needs; partner with business and L&D teams for implementation.
  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Promote Jaipur Rugs’ values and purpose-driven culture through meaningful engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement employee recognition and retention programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees, fostering a transparent and supportive workplace environment.


Key Requirements

  • Education:

    MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    10–14 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Talent Management, preferably in manufacturing or process-driven industries.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office suite.
