Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Kayankulam. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and implementing HR strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role involves conflict resolution, staff training, and development, strategic planning, and collaborating with upper management to align HR goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Staffing knowledge
• Experience Required: 5-10 Years as HR MANAGER
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• Performance management and staff training & development skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and employment laws
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with upper management
• Experience in the construction and infrastructure industry is a plus
• MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Package : 450000-650000 annual CTC
