Role: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Gurugram, Sector - 54 Position: Full-Time (10 AM - 7 PM) Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Preferred Real Estate Experience) Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the property market, buyer behavior, project positioning, and channel marketing. You’ll be responsible for strategizing and executing both online and offline campaigns, driving lead generation, brand visibility, and project-specific promotions through paid ads, organic initiatives, and on-ground activations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands real estate marketing dynamics and can independently run integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to generate high-quality real estate leads. Run both paid and organic campaigns to generate consistent inbound and outbound lead flow. Optimize landing pages, lead funnels, and conversion paths to improve ROI and reduce CPL. Develop and execute content strategies for social media, email, and digital ads tailored to project-specific goals. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and suggest data-driven improvements. Implement CRM-based lead nurturing workflows via email, WhatsApp, and SMS to support the sales team. Coordinate with developers, creative teams, and media vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep campaigns relevant and ahead of trends. Manage marketing budgets efficiently while maintaining brand consistency and compliance. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3–6 years of proven marketing experience specifically in the real estate industry. Deep knowledge of real estate buyer personas, campaigns, and platforms. Specific experience in running both paid and organic campaigns and generating qualified leads from both channels. Hands-on experience with digital ads (Google, Meta), SEO tools, CRM systems, and real estate portals. Strong copywriting and content ideation skills tailored to property marketing. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities. Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to improve campaign performance. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with RERA guidelines and real estate marketing compliance.
